Introduction

Once you have created and published your profile page, you can return to edit it at any time. This tutorial explains the process.

Step 1 - View the List of Pages

After logging into The Digital Bell, click the "Pages" tab (located in the menu at the top of any Digital Bell page). This will bring you to your list of pages.

Step 2 - Edit your Profile Page

In the list of pages, locate the page titled with your name, in "(Last Name), (First Name)" format - this is your profile page. Next, click the Edit button (pencil icon) to the left of the page title. This will bring you to the content editor.

Step 3 - Update your Content

In the content editor, you can add new content elements by using the "Add Content" menu in the right sidebar. Content can be edited by clicking on the content itself, which will bring up the content element's editor. Content can also be removed, by clicking the "Remove" button in the upper right corner of any content element. Note, removing content from a page will not delete it, and it will remain stored in your Warehouse for future use.

Add Content Menu

To add a previously removed piece of content back to your page, add the content element it belongs to (Text Block, File Group, etc.), then click the "+Existing (Content Element Name)" button at the bottom of the element. This will provide a list of existing content to choose from, which can then be selected and added back to your page.
