- Publishing FPTC Events

- To publish a new FTPC event, begin by logging into (or switching to) the "FPTC Events" website. The "FTPC Events" site is the start of authority for the "FTPC Events" Event Type, and all changes made on this site will be reflected on the district website.
- Begin by mousing over the "Calendar" tab (located in the menu at the top of any Digital Bell page). In the drop-down menu, click on "Events." This will bring you to the "Events" section, where existing events are listed, and new events can be added.
- Next, click the "Add New Event" link, located in the right sidebar. This will bring you to the "Add Event" form.
- Here, enter the title, date (or date range), and description of the event. Ensure "Published" is set to "Yes," then click the "Submit" button to create the event.

- How to Add FPTC Users

- Begin by logging into (or switching to) the "FPTC Events" website. Next, mouse over the "Administration" tab (located in the menu at the top of any Digital Bell page). In the drop-down menu, click on "Users."
- Next, click the link labeled "+Add a new user" in the right sidebar. This will bring you to the Add User form.
- Enter the new User's first name, last name, e-mail address, and password into their respective fields. In the "Security Information" section, select the "FPTC Events Contributor" User Group. Finally, click the "Submit" button to add the user account.
New users can also set their own password before logging in for the first time. See "How can I change my password?" for more information.
